ASUME provides B2B company-understanding and market-inference software and related AI-assisted functionality for business and professional users.

Access to and use of the Service are governed by ASUME’s Terms of Service and any applicable Order Form, Master Services Agreement, or other agreement between ASUME and the relevant Customer.

4.2. Privacy and Data Protection

ASUME’s Privacy Policy explains how ASUME Processes Personal Data where ASUME acts as a Controller. Where ASUME Processes Processor Personal Data on behalf of a Customer, the Data Processing Agreement applies.

ASUME B.V. and its licensors retain the rights they hold in the ASUME name, marks, websites, software, models, interfaces, Documentation, designs, methods, and other ASUME Materials. Applicable ownership, licence, Customer Data, Output, and usage rights are governed by the Terms of Service and applicable Agreement.

ASUME may update, modify, remove, or replace website content, Service descriptions, technical information, functionality, pricing, documentation, and other information from time to time.

Website information is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, regulatory, accounting, investment, employment, medical, or other professional advice.

Where information on a marketing or informational page conflicts with an applicable signed Order Form, Master Services Agreement, Terms of Service, or other binding agreement, the applicable contractual order of precedence governs.
